From the moment I arrived, Mohammed’s warm welcome, genuine kindness, and incredible attention to detail made all the difference. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it’s clear he takes immense pride in providing outstanding service. Mohammed’s ability to anticipate my needs and make thoughtful recommendations elevated my entire experience. Whether it was answering questions with patience, ensuring a smooth check-in, or following up to make sure I was comfortable, he showed an unparalleled level of care. The hotel itself was excellent, offering clean and comfortable rooms at a great price. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and perfectly prepared each morning. However, as wonderful as the amenities were, it was Mohammed who truly set this stay apart. His dedication and personal touch made me feel valued and appreciated in a way I’ve rarely experienced at other hotels. Would really like to thank the staff especially ( Ms. EMAN ) , and say that being a receptionist is difficult sometimes but you have definitely made it different as we’ve seen with a smiling face and cheerful attitude and most importantly quick reservation check- in&out. Salsabil by Warwick is really very lucky that they actually have such an amazing receptionist for this hotel, who actually performs all her duties as well as all her responsibilities so very well each and every time. Just thanks will not be enough to appreciate your work. You are such a wonderful person whose work will never fail and thank you for being a part of this hotel.

This is my second visit to Jeddah. My first hotel was very poor and I was very unhappy. My second visit was at Warwick hotel and let me tell you, it was absolutely wonderful. They let me check in early! by 4 hours which I love. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Lastly, they upgraded my suite! I was unable to check out on time as I had work commitments and the hotel were more than happy to accommodate this. The food, staff, everything was wonderful. I felt sad when leaving the property as I was only there for one night. The price was affordable around 350 SAR for one night including breakfast.

We loved the breakfast and the variety of options. There was private parking underneath the hotel which helped our car stay protected from the sun. I loved the sauna and swimming pool. The location was great, there’s a mosque around the corner and it was close to food places, the airport, train station and the mall also. The has been our third time is Saudi and this has been our best stay overall.
